Roe v. Wade

Guest Essay by Tony Nassif

Los Angeles: We now approach another day of infamy commemorating millions of aborted children.

We hear about the horrors of the execution of the babies and the suffering repercussions the mothers’ face emotionally.

Yet there is another victim. In Jeremiah 1:5, God says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” Since God forms the baby in the womb, what does He experience in an abortion?

The following is an account of a prophetic encounter I had with God:

I was in a traffic jam on the freeway when the Lord spoke profoundly and forcefully saying,

“I want to tell you how personally I am taking abortion.”

I thought to myself: What would God say seeing I am already pro life?

He continued:

“When an abortionist invades the holy of holies of a mothers’ womb where I am nurturing, feeding and imputing my plan for the child’s life, they rip my baby from my arms tearing it apart in front of my eyes as the baby’s blood is splattered in my face.

“Imagine a father is sitting next to his wife as she sits nursing their child when suddenly an intruder breaks down the door, grabbing the baby from her arms and destroying the child.”

The pain and anger of the parents are inconceivable!

Now imagine how I feel having it done to me over 60,000,000 times.

He continued:

“When Cain slew his brother Abel, the blood of righteous Abel cried out to Me and I exacted a great curse on Cain. Now consider this: If I heard the cry of one family member’s blood, how loud is the cry of the blood of 60,000,000 aborted children, and how great a judgment awaits.

“They who remain silent about abortion will be condemned as an abortionist.

“They who vote for one supporting abortion will be condemned as an abortionist (II John 10, 11).

They who defend my children I will defend theirs. They who defend my children defends me and I will defend them (Matthew 25).

Part 2—The Redemption

There are many millions of women and others participating in abortion who after the abortion grieving sets in and the condemnation of the devil begins to attack.

God does not delight in the death and condemnation of the sinner, but to repent and live. God is the healer and redeemer.

The tactic of the evil one is to bring condemnation after the evil is committed. God is merciful. He wants us to run to him for restoration.
